Kevin Hay is renowned for presenting some of the biggest and best models to the field but this one takes the cake! Construction was a joint effort with his master builder colleague Merv Cameron providing the initial construction work with Kevin completing some fitting out and then the final finishing and painting work.
Construction started about 2 years ago but was only intermittent between other projects. The maiden flight was on August 18 followed up by a second flight on Sunday the 19th. Further cockpit work is planned including the addition of a pilot!
